Who Are We?
Worry+Peace is a trading name operated by Innovative Risk. We also owned Insurance4everyone and, in November 2016, decided to combine both sites onto our platform.
This product is open for new customers, arranged by Worry+Peace. It's the same insurer, the same everything unless you bought your cover before the switchover.
Don't worry, to keep things simple, we decided that the people who helped us manage policies before we took over should carry on helping existing customers for their renewals.
This process will continue until late 2017, by which time, all customers will be administered by the Support team at Worry+Peace. Hurrah!
Administration of policies incepting prior to November 2016:
The brand and website “insurance4everyone” is operated by Innovative Risk Ltd. It was acquired at the close of 2016. All new business is now handled by Worry+Peace, the flagship brand of Innovative Risk Ltd.
All aspects regarding insurance renewals from this site and the products offered prior to November 2016 are still handled by Berkeley Alexander Ltd. If you shopped here before Worry+Peace took over, when you renew cover, it will still be Berkeley Alexander who receive your premium and issue the policy to you and who will contact you about your renewal.
Worry+Peace's support team is on hand to help, should you have any questions or concerns about this - simply hop on the live chat to talk to our team.
If you need to speak to anyone about your existing insurance renewal, it will be Berkeley Alexander’s staff who you will speak to.
Here's some further regulatory information:
Insurance intermediation in the UK is regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority and there are certain things you should be able to gain access to. Therefore, you can view a copy of Innovative Risk's Initial Disclosure Document here; and Berkeley Alexander’s Terms Of Business here.
Both Innovative Risk Ltd and Berkeley Alexander are authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority and both are also covered by the Financial Ombudsman Service and you also have protection under the Financial Services Compensation Scheme.
